The Question & Answer Zone...

What's your favourite genre of music?

I like to listen to a range of music and styles which are apparent in my shows.

I grew up in the 80s so have a soft spot for the likes of Duran Duran, WHAM and the Euythmics. Parental influences enhanced my experience of music and as a result I appreciate music from the crooners as well as a base in rock - although I have never stretched so far as to like Metallica - Queen, Rolling Stones, U2, Bon Jovi, Meat Loaf and Guns N Roses are on my list of favourites. Billy Joel, Bryan Adams and Robbie Williams also feature.

My training led me to work with a presenter who listened to Motown. As a result I learned to appreciate the impact that music had on the scene and have incorporated it into my shows.

When you're not at Epsom Hospital Radio, what are you doing?

I am an administrator within a secondary school however my hobbies also take up a lot of my time (if I can help it!!).

If you had £1,000,000 to spend on yourself and no-one else what would you spend it on?

I would put a lot into savings buy a dream mansion and holiday home. Unfortunately one million would not cover it all, so I would spend it sailing with select crew around the world and take my time doing it!!!
