I've always loved taking pictures, for many years I have had a compact digital cameras which I seem to have had a knack at taking some striking images with. Spurred on by a few holidays where I produced some wonderful photographs, I became determined to get a digital SLR camera and take up photography as a hobby.

A few loved ones clubbed together to get me a Nikon D5000 digital SLR camera as birthday and Christmas combined present in 2010 and it is my intention to share my best images with you through this webpage.

I've not had my Digital SLR camera for very long so I am by no means an expert, but I feel that I produce my best images at sunset or after dark, when I can set a longer exposure.
