Filming Projects.

At university and the BBC, I have written/taken part in some small film projects, here are some examples of my work.

Office Spice

Office Spice is a trailer for a made up TV series.

On joining the BBC I attended the "Up Front" induction course. On the second day, in groups we had to come up with a theme of interest. Our group chose romances that start in the office. The group was then sub-split into three groups, one had to produced something radio based, another had to produce a website and my group had to make a film.

The idea we came up with was for a "The Office" style series. The story of the trailer was a man (played by me) splits up with his girlfriend with whom he works to date another colleague. However he leaves a vital clue as to how they rendezvous. The ex-girlfriend rumbles this, goes in search of and then finds her ex boyfriend with his new partner and gets a big suprise as to the mystry lovers identity.

Pokerface

Pokerface is an advert for a fictional online Casino.

The concept behind Pokerface was that users of the site would be able to see in Real-time the people that they were playing against using webcams.

Portsmouth Undercovered

Portsmouth Undercovered is supposed to be an undercover spoof documentry about Portsmouths dark secret underworld.

It's written in a Brass Eye style with a reporter setting up a sceen, and the scene is then acted out mainly filmed with "hidden camera's."
